# WorkLumi

> WorkLumi is a mobile-first time clock and timesheet app for small businesses in Australia and New Zealand. Staff clock in from their phone, managers check the hours, and payroll gets clean data.

WorkLumi is made by AjubaTech. It runs in the phone browser, with nothing to install. Staff can sign in with a user ID and password set up by their employer, so they do not need an email address.

## Available now
- Clock in from your phone: One big Clock in button. Staff start and end breaks and clock out in a couple of taps, and see how long they have worked today.
- Logins without email: Add a staff member with a user ID and give them a temporary password. They sign in at your own company link and set their own password.
- Your team in one place: See who is on your team, their role and their manager. Employees, managers and admins each see only what they need.

- Timesheet approvals: Managers review hours, send back anything that needs fixing and approve the rest.
- Lock the period and export to payroll: Lock approved hours for the pay period and export them to the payroll system you already use.
- Rosters, leave and public holidays: Build shifts, handle leave requests and apply public holidays by country and state.

- Q: Who is WorkLumi for?

- Q: Do my staff need an email address?
  A: No. You can add each person with a user ID and a temporary password. They sign in at your company login link and choose their own password.
- Q: Do staff need to install an app?

  A: No. WorkLumi captures and checks time. Payroll export to the system you already use is on the way.

  A: Create an account with your email, set up your business, then add your staff. Each person gets a user ID and a temporary password from you.
